PAYMENT & FEESFull Payment after the sketch.Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD or wise only.A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.
Usage Policy And Commercial UsePlease read carefullythis section was added recently to fix any confusion.My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed without asking me first.Any art that you are going to use as a profile picture, banner and for streaming doesn't require a commercial fee [0 fees needed]
anything relating to YouTube or streaming is no need for a fee even if you are monetized.commercial use will be an extra fee, merchandise (prints, stickers, T-Shirts etc..) 50 percent of the original price.if the commission is 50usd i will charge an extra 25usd so the total would be 75usd for the work.tell me before hand it's for commercial use <3I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!

PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULEResolution of the art will be around A3 size (4961 x 3508 px); may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work. Larger resolutions (up to 5000 x 5000 px) are available upon request for an additional fee.I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.small commissions will take from 2/3 WEEKS LARGER COMMISSIONS MIGHT TAKE MORE.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a charge-back against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as 400 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested:Final artworkFor an additional $20 USD, you can also purchase the PSD or CSP file of your commission.
